- Encourage your referee to subscribe to Mint, either online (www.mint-wireless.com) or by phone on 1300 761 811.
- Tell your referees to mention your name when signing up for Mint.

- Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd has the right to decline an application to join this program, or to cancel your membership at any time for any reason.
- Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd may discontinue this program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income that you may incur.
- Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd may decline a referral at the company’s discretion.
- You (referral partner) must not represent that you are acting on behalf of Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd or that you have the authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd.
- You may, after receiving approval from Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd, post a link from your web site to the Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd web site.
- Materials promoting Mint Portable Payment System products will be produced by Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd.
- Mint (Aust) Pty Ltd may change these terms and conditions at any time.
