To get the best out of Mint, and its easy-to-use mobile payment technology, you’ll need a new PDA phone (sometimes called a smartphone) from one of our technology partners. They look just like a phone but can do so much more such as email, web browsing, GPS maps as well as Mint.
Mint has partnered with Motorola as they are one of the premier providers of enterprise-class smartphones to some of the world's largest companies. Their devices are powered by Windows Mobile software.
Mint partnered with Microsoft several years ago, as they have a range of powerful smartphones from companies like HP, HTC, iMate and Palm that are powered by Windows Mobile software.
BlackBerry devices (manufactured by RIM) have become more common recently and have become well-known. So, naturally Mint chose to develop its software for these devices - our customers were asking for it.
We leave it to our customers to decide which of the great range of PDA phones they want to use with the Mint portable payment system. Click here for a list of ones you can choose from.
